What is the problem?
Air layers are warmer upwards from the surface of the ground when it comes to the harmful spring freezes. According to our measures, the ground freezes down to -9°C until 21 pm. However, conditions are different on 10-15m height, as there is +1.2°C.
What is the solution?
You should change the atmosphere’s composition! You have to get the warmer air from 4-30m height to the 1-2m (where your fruit flowers can freeze) height and keep it on that level.
How does the F-Airgo V2021 work?
Important fact behind the technique, that beginning fruit lives are killed or significantly damaged when the weather reaches and permanently stays under -3.5°C. Furthermore, we can say goodbye to the 90-100% of our crop when it is permanently below -6°C. F-Airgo transfers and mixes warmer upper air layers down with a performance of 100.000m3 /hour.
This transferred warmer air amount is not able to get away again, because the upper air layers still stay warmer, than the new mixed layers down at the plantation’s level.
You are suggested to defend against freeze during the whole night, with 15 minute cycles. In this case, you return for the same tree in every 7.5 minutes due to air transferring overlaps. The radius is 20-24m and suggested width with the machine is 10m. 100.000m3 /hour performance equals to 100 tons. Calculating 10 hour duration frost defence it will result in 1000 tons. This quantity air is 3-5°C warmer, than the base freezing quantity at the plantation’s level. Tractors do not give this performance cheap: 9-10 liters of gasoline/hour. Special temperature electronics go with F-Airgo V2021 in order to measure and analyze the effectiveness of frost defence.
